Shrinkhala Aren
She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Counselling from the Madras School of Social Work, after pursuing a Master's in Psychology with a specialisation in Counselling.
​
As a Counsellor, her approach is client-centred and eclectic. She has studied and practiced with Transactional Analysis (TA), CBT, Gestalt, and other counselling modalities.
​
She has had more than 400 client hours. She takes regular supervision and therapy while she also, continues to work on her professional development to ensure quality care for her clients.
​
Her services are for individuals who are on a journey of healing and self-discovery 💫

Much like a structure needs scaffolding for support during its construction, our minds sometimes require a framework of understanding and guidance to grow & evolve.
In counselling, we offer that scaffold to help navigate the intricate journey of mental health.
Ongoing Process
Mental health isn't a destination but a journey. Just as our physical health requires ongoing attention, so does our mental health. The term underscores that it's perfectly natural for the state of one's mental health to fluctuate and evolve.
Endorsing Self-Acceptance
This name can be a gentle reminder that perfection is not the goal. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and it's essential to recognize and accept where we are currently while also acknowledging the potential for growth and change.
